First and for most the best guy ever to work with, Raul Ramirez. He goes beyond every time and is always providing the best outcome. Top 10 service all the time. Can’t express enough how awesome he is in service and execution.

Goodyear is a great neighborhood mechanic. They shoot you straight and get you in and out asap. The manager, Raul, is a great guy and doesn’t matter if I drop my car off at 8 and pick up at 7, he is always there. I have been going here for years and always thought he was the owner. Their customer service is excellent and the work has always been great. Highly recommend if you are near downtown.

Always Appreciate the Good & Timely Work that Goodyear Auto Service does! My go-to location is normally the Bandera location but my Wife had a battery issue that required her to make an unscheduled pitstop at the St. Mary’s location and they did not Fail to deliver; Wife arrived around 2pm and turned out that her car Alternator gave up & also damaged her battery! Luckily; they got us back on the road by 5:30pm even though they have 12 service bays and were fairly busy that afternoon; Appreciate their Professionalism; Speedy & Detailed Service; and getting my Wife’s car back on the road by that afternoon as we actually had a family commitment at 6pm and made it on time! They provide a variety of services & repairs and would definitely recommend this Goodyear location to others as well! Happy Driving! 👍🏽

A huge shoutout to April, Andy, and Eric! I’m visiting SA from OKC AND had a nail in tire. The team was friendly, fast, engaging and so much more! That is the way customer service should be.

We were on vacation and had a blow out on two tires. The tow truck driver took our car the this location and we left the keys in the night drop. The next morning they were on the job. They had to order two wheels that were coming from two different dealers but promised to have the car ready by 5pm. Raul took photos of the wheels for me that I was able to send to our insurance company. They were true to their word and the car was road ready when we arrived at 5pm. Thank you Raul and Domingo for saving our vacation!
